You must be legally eligible to purchase, possess, or receive firearms, ammunition, firearm components, and related products under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You must meet all applicable age requirements, including at least 18 for long guns or 21 for handguns when required by law.
Firearm Transactions
All firearm transactions comply with ATF requirements and require completion of ATF Form 4473 and any required background check at pickup through a licensed FFL. Firearms cannot be released until all legal requirements are satisfied.

Order Refusal or Cancellation
Petes Guns and Stuff reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order or transfer that may violate law, processor rules, distributor restrictions, carrier policy, or business policy.
