How do I send a firearm here from an online seller?
Contact Petes Guns and Stuff before ordering or shipping. The seller needs the correct FFL information and should include your name, phone number, and order details with the shipment.
What do I bring to pickup?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID with your current address. If you have a valid Texas LTC, bring that as well for the LTC transfer rate.
Why are there two transfer prices?
The first firearm is $25 with a valid Texas LTC. Without LTC, the first firearm is $30 when FBI/NICS background check processing is required. Each additional firearm on the same transfer appointment is $15.
How long does pickup take?
Most pickups are quick when everything is ready, but timing depends on ID, paperwork, and the background check result.
What if my background check is delayed?
The firearm cannot be released until legal requirements are satisfied. We follow applicable law and will communicate the next steps for your transfer.
Do multiple firearm transfers require extra paperwork?
Some multiple-firearm sales or transfers may require federal reporting. Petes Guns and Stuff follows all applicable federal transfer and reporting requirements.

Background Checks
Firearms cannot be released unless all required paperwork and background check requirements are completed and approved. If a buyer does not pass the required check, the firearm cannot be released to that buyer.
Multiple Firearm Reporting
Some multiple-firearm transactions may require federal ATF reporting. Petes Guns and Stuff follows all applicable federal transfer and reporting requirements.
Inbound Transfers
Customers must contact us before having any firearm shipped. Shipments that arrive without prior communication may be delayed.
Unclaimed Firearms
Firearms not picked up or communicated about within 30 days may be returned to the shipper or otherwise handled according to applicable law and transfer circumstances.
