Payment and Background Check Information
Payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. Petes Guns and Stuff does not sell payment information. Background-check and firearm-transfer records are handled according to ATF requirements and applicable law.
How We Use Information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, confirm availability, coordinate appointments, process orders, communicate with FFL dealers or distributors, comply with legal requirements, and maintain business records.
Sharing Information
