Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. Buyers must confirm that firearms, ammunition, magazines, components, accessories, and other regulated items are legal to purchase, possess, receive, and transfer in their state and locality.
Restricted Items
Some states and localities restrict certain firearms, magazines, ammunition, firearm components, accessories, knives, or other products. Petes Guns and Stuff will not ship, sell, or transfer items when a restriction is known or when the transaction cannot be completed lawfully.
FFL Review
For firearm shipments, the receiving FFL may also reject or decline a transfer based on local requirements, store policy, or eligibility concerns. Confirm with the receiving FFL before ordering.
