Firearms and Serialized Components
All firearms and serialized components are shipped only to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. They are never shipped directly to an individual customer. The buyer is responsible for arranging a receiving FFL and ensuring the receiving dealer provides a valid license before shipment.
Non-Regulated Items
Non-regulated items such as accessories, apparel, certain laser-marked goods, and other eligible products may ship directly to the customer when allowed by law and carrier policy.
Processing and Pickup
Orders are processed after payment clears and required information is confirmed. Transfer items require completion of ATF Form 4473 and any required background check at pickup before a firearm can be released. Pickup is by appointment only.
Shipping Limits
Petes Guns and Stuff ships within the United States only and cannot ship items where prohibited by state or local law. Firearm laws vary by jurisdiction, and some states or localities restrict certain firearms, magazines, ammunition, components, or accessories.
