Firearms
Firearms that have transferred to a buyer after required paperwork and background check steps cannot be returned as ordinary retail merchandise. Defective firearms are handled through the manufacturer's warranty process.
Special Orders
Special-order items are non-refundable once ordered unless Petes Guns and Stuff cancels the order or the distributor cannot fulfill it. Availability and pricing are confirmed before an order is placed.
Non-Firearm Items
Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition. The customer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation when applicable.
